Crafters’ Clearance Fine Art & Handcraft Market

Saturday, February 6th, 2016, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Break out from the “Made in China” rut, get out of the house, and stock up on all sorts of goods made right here at home! Get the first glimpse of what’s new for 2016, and grab armloads of great deals from your favorite makers as they move out the old to make room for the new!

Crafters’ Clearance is a juried makers’ market, showcasing the handiwork of approximately 120 regional artisans. Our incredible variety includes sumptuous fine art, breathtaking photography, custom pet supplies, beautiful apparel and accessories, woodcrafts and furniture, luscious soaps and candles, gorgeous jewelry and home decor, food mixes to brighten dull winter meals, an abundance of giftware, pottery, garden accents, adorable baby items, and much, much more!

Take a break for lunch at our cafe, and don’t forget to pick up a Valentine’s gift or two!

Admission is $2 per person; children under 12 free.  We regret that due to fire code, strollers are prohibited.

NEW!  A special discount pass  is available for purchase, with proceeds to our scholarship fund.  Every participating artist will be offering freebies and special deals only to pass holders!

The show is hosted by the Instrumental Music Boosters, with proceeds from the show benefitting the instrumental music programs at Henry Ford II High School.  We and our students thank you for your support!

    • Hi, Judy!

Please grab yourself an application from the “Downloads” link in the menu bar and send it in!

As you probably know, jewelry is a very competitive category and we do limit the amount of jewelry that we can accept. With a few exceptions, we hold all jewelry applications until after the December 31 deadline and jury them together. An early application, however, will give you some preference and also save you some money!

Thanks for considering us again this year!

    • Nope, we are not full yet! But especially if you are in a high-competition category (e.g. jewelry, soap, candles, etc.) you will want to get that application (available on this site; click Downloads in the top menu bar) in as soon as you can.

      Thanks for your interest!

  1. I’m interested in being a part of your show. I make scented gel candles with or without etching. No website yet but I’ve posted to Facebook and can send pictures if you need them.

      • Hi, Tracy! As Jill said, jewelry is extremely competitive. We will jury jewelry early next week, so to be considered you would absolutely need to have an application mailed by the 31st.

We do turn away close to three-quarters of our jewelry applicants. Each year, however, we cycle out some who’ve been with us for a few years, so if you don’t get in this year, don’t be discouraged and do try again.

        Hope this helps!
