Are you a maker interested in being part of our 2018 show?

The first thing you need to know is that we are HANDMADE ONLY.  We cannot accept any home-sales reps (essential oils, Tupperware, etc.),  local service businesses, or any re-sale items–including items handmade overseas.  We are strict about this.

Here is our 2018_Artist Application

We offer a $15 Early-Bird discount to those whose applications are postmarked by October 31, 2017.  In addition to the discount, early applicants receive priority consideration in booth placement and jurying. This also allows you to let your fall customers know about our upcoming show.

Standard booth fees apply from November 1 – December 31, 2017, and a $15 late-application fee applies to applications postmarked January 1 or later.

Applications in high-competition categories* absolutely MUST be postmarked by December 31.  In order to present our customers with a well-curated selection, we jury high-competition categories during the first week of January, and late applications cannot be considered.

All on-time applicants should hear from us by mid-January at the latest.  If you have questions about the status of your application, please E-Mail Us. We cannot be responsible for loss of applications or correspondence. Booth-fee checks are not deposited until after acceptances are mailed.

A standard 12’x6′ or 3’x24′ booth space is $100 ($85 at the Early-Bird rate). A limited number of end booths are available, for $110 ($95 for Early-Birds). Electrical access is $10 additional, and tables can be rented for $10 if they are needed. Two chairs will be provided.

This year we are again offering a very limited number of “Budget Booths.” These are just slightly off the main traffic pattern (still great spaces, not down a hallway) and offered at a very reasonable $85 ($70 for Early-Birds).

 

  • Set-up times are Friday from 6-9 pm, and Saturday from 7:30-9:30 am.
  • The show opens to the public at 10am, and closes at 4pm.
  • All exhibitors must leave by 6 pm.
  • Student and adult volunteers will be available to assist with loading and unloading.

*High-Competition categories always include Jewelry and Aromatherapy/Bath, and often include Fiber & Apparel.  If you are in these categories, don’t wait to apply!

    1. I’m sorry, Yolanda, but that category is closed to applications now. Please mark you calendar for late summer and apply for 2018, though!

  2. Treasures over Time would love to partipate in the February 11th market . Everything from repurposed furniture, children’s embellished clothing, lamps and home goods ! We have been well received over the past 13 years at various shows! Thank you for your consideration! Donna photos can be sent to show wares through emails!

    1. Thanks for your interest, Donna! At this moment we are down to just a couple of booths, and your items sound like they’d be a good match. I do need to make sure that these are handmade items– not resale of vintage items, imported, or otherwise buy/sell.

  5. Hello, I just found out about your event! I make various patterned stuffed cats. I am interested in selling them at your event. Please let me know if you still have an opening in this category. I also make lacey scarves and jewelry. I know its last minute, but had to try!

    My name is Joann,
    I am interested in renting a space for the Henry Ford Craft Show for 2017. I paint clay pots, and I have had great success in selling them. I paint flowers and polka dots, hence Pedals and Dots. They are very reasonable and would be something that would be a perfect little gift, or centerpieces for showers or events. I hope to hear from you to show you my work.
